Several Women, who no longer frequent her site, have told me in confidence that it has transformed into a, and I quote, “mommy blog” and have questioned whether it will even be around in the next year or two. For me, someone who at least tries to be guided by empirical evidence as best I can gather and understand it, remains to be seen. But the fact that former ladies who were very much in Ms. Walsh’s target demographic would even say something like that in private to a “dissident”, is quite telling. I have plans to discuss HUS in a wider context, which I will probably do after AVFM’s Men’s Conference has concluded and the dust has settled, so it’ll be a ways off, but as Ms. Bloom’s excellent commentary has made clear, is that we at J4G would be seriously remiss if we did not, for the benefit of our readers, layout the “beef” with HUS. So, again, I will address the matter, sometime between Jul and Sep of this year – a heck of a stretch – but like I said, I want to give time for the AVFM situation to play itself out, to assess it, and give Time time to do its work in bringing things into Perspective. In the meantime however, and again in line with UncalledFor’s remarks, I’d like to offer the following personal insights. My final appearance at HUS occurred last Summer, right after the Ken Hoinsky/Kickstarter affair. Ms. Walsh and I engaged in an extended, mano-y-mano debate, which largely consisted of Ms. Walsh casting various “arguments” at me, and me shooting each of them down with evidence to the contrary. I must have posted easily half a dozen pieces of easily verifiable evidence, much of it coming from avowed-Feminists themselves, disproving her arguments and claims, and when she couldn’t counter that, she then attempted to suggest that what Mr. Hoinsky was alleged to have done would be illegal, which I also then shot down, while also noting that not only was Ms. Walsh *not* formally trained as a jurist, but her layman’s understanding of the law left quite a bit to be desired – and it showed.
